Please note that the rental charge for this sunny, comfortable apartment is per week. The rental period normally begins at 5:00 PM on Friday and ends at 10:00 AM the following Friday, although we can be flexible on the exact days you arrive and depart. (We do need time between rentals, however, to allow for cleaning the apartment, changing bed linens and preparing the apartment for the next renters.)
We request that no more than six (6) persons occupy the apartment at any one time under the rental agreement. Rates are calculated in £ UK pounds sterling.
Please note that because of the fluctuations in the FX rate between the Euro, the UK pound sterling and the US dollar, our rates will only be quoted in UK pounds sterling. If payment will be made in another currency, such as Euros or US dollars, we will calculate the rate of exchange in London at the time of the booking and notify you accordingly of the equivalent amount you should pay. Extra nights can be booked outside the weekly rental period specified above. This can be of benefit if you are shopping around for bargains on your flights to and from Almeria, Spain. Extra nights will be charged according to the above rates on a pro-rated daily basis.
Long-term rentals, i.e. for more than two weeks, or for a month or longer, are also available on request. We will offer a discount on the weekly rate mentioned above for all long-term rentals, that is for any rental longer than two weeks.
It may be possible to reserve and rent an adjoining apartment in order to accommodate large groups or several families vacationing in La Parata together. Please contact us early in the season for more details on this.
Included in Your Stay:
- Unlimited access to and use of the swimming pool, sun lounges and tennis court;
- All bed linen and bath towels. (However you must bring or provide your own beach and/or pool towels);
- Dedicated Parking– right outside the apartment unit is a large area for parking your vehicle;
- All utility charges, including air-conditioning or use of the heaters in the off-season; and
- Assistance from an English-speaking Property Management Company.
